It depends on your budget. Personally it also depends what you wanna do with it. Cooling wise is excellent both sides. Only main diffs is the GPU in which RS is not soldered ( means upgradable in future), and yes, GPU's are very expensive. If you have budget i suggest RS however, RE is not lacking in specs too.
