i'm actually quite new in these stuffs xD. so i can also use this to apply a few times? how many times of coat b4 it change the original(underline color)?

Usually 3-4 layers would be good enough. yes it will have rubber matte effect when it's dried.also, this 1 got rubber effect when dried?
