i think you might want to remove 'professional' in the topic because the budget you put front isn't close to what businesses would charge you for a custom made template.

however, there are a lot of talented student potentials studying like Ikram and I'm pretty sure he can come up with something that's better than what most of the others can come up with even if they threw in some funky useless Flash piece.
