Eagerly waiting for your update

went to the site, unfortunately the security guard did not allow me to take any photos ..but was told that VP is scheduled to be on December 2014. The show unit is complete and noticed that the ceiling looks high even with the plaster ceiling installed

I discovered another faster route from KL (Ampang) to the site (while waiting for the completion of Sg. Serai Interchange). The route via DUKE (Ukay Heights interchange) - PLUS (entry via Jln Duta Toll) - Rawang (exit Rawang Selatan Toll) - GUTHRIE then connected to LATAR (then exit at Latar Kundang new interchange)...total travelling time 40 minutes

this route is 47km....the shortest route is via mrr2 - jln matang pagar - jln kg sg. serai which is about 41km but it is congested, small and winding (escpecially jln matang pagar and kg. sg. serai strech) thus will take 50 minutes to reach the site.

Haha, I was told the same thing but my friend managed to capture like 20 pics of the show unit.

Yeah, the ceiling does looks high though. Have they finished up the road tar for the whole area or only for a few houses as of now?

this interchange will connect directly to the north south highway. the one that mudajaya is currently doing it. the interchange just 2km away from azalea project!

So the developer informed me that the project will be completed and 'handed over' in December itself. That's very fast actually.

I will drop by this week to see the progress and snap some photos if possible.

Went for a quickie and here are some pics. Looks like everything looks to be completed.

Looks solid! The facade of Azalea has some reminiscences of Desa Budiman in Sg Long.

since this development is under DIBS, the developer will try to finish the project asap.
