I've seen people saying bout hypnotherapist.

They are said able to make people forget things they don't want to remember.

There is some things in the past, I just don't want to remember. People always say get over it, move on and things...

I am thinking of finding a hypnotherapist and remove that fraction of memory away.

Would like to have a suggestion within PJ and a standard price charging, maybe per hour or so..

Google don't work out well.

I also would like to know the experience..

Hi both, for your info hypnotherapy doesn't really work that way.
My GF studied and attended hypnotherapy course just recently.

Hypnotherapy is more like you yourself empowering your inner thought to reach the intended mental state.
For example, it can help you to be more confident in public speaking, but only if your inner self really want to.
Hypnotherapist can only catalyze that process.

I'm not sure about the memory part though, but personally I doubt they can remove that fraction away.
If they can, that's probably brainwash already...

By the way, hypnotherapy is not officially recognized in Malaysia.
A hypnotherapist cannot be called a Doctor, and they are labelled as practitioner of Contemporary Traditional Treatment.

I would recommend you to seek help from psychology consultants instead. They are the best person to go to.
Through consultation and training/activities they can help you to identify the issue and root cause.

Once they have understand your situation , they can then refer you to relevant specialist if needed such as psychiatrist or hypnotherapist.
