Nintendo Cash & eShop Card, What's the difference?

New Nintendo 3DS XL user here. What's the difference between Nintendo Cash Card (http://static.maximuscards.com/Images/nintendo3dsb.jpg) & Nintendo eShop Card (http://static.maximuscards.com/Images/eshop20.jpg)?? I know the orange one can topup my eShop funds. Does the red one the same too?
