I came across with the CIMB Fusion program, and got really interested in the Accenture-CIMB combined training program. Is there anyone familiar with this program? I saw that it starts on Sept 2013, so is anyone know when they start conducting interviews?

Also, is the TCB program in the fusion the same as the original one, or is this a lighter version?

Read the news... I think they have hired around 20 odds , and now are looking to hire 30 more towards the end of the year.

Put in your application lah.. It certainly looks attractive.

Do you know if all these management trainee programs provided by banks have a same start date for all the hires for the same batch, or do they just hire on a rolling basis?

'all these'. I don't know for all. I tend to believe they are on a batch basis, at least, for banks that I know. Still I do see people coming in in between batches (think my bank is quite unorganized in this respect. lol)

For CIMB, I think the news only say the first batch will start on Sept.

im doing through their recruitment process. is starting this sept for the first batch. I think it should be rolling basis. depending on the first batch perforamnce i guess.

yes it will be lighter version of TCB for Cimb section ( mostly first 6 months will be classes and rotation and last 6 months will be asssigned to a department doing project). For accenture side, it will be doing analyst job on project basis.

however there will be alot of classes where people from differnet programs (TCB, and other cimb fusion candidates be joining in some classes ) so the interaction and networking opportunity is HUGE :S .. one program u can get to know like .. 4-5 companies employees smile.gif .. who knows these networking will lead u tongue.gif
