depends on situation, if sf can manage to get lv7 it might be more benificial to stack the big camp. most important thing you need to do for sf is to help him watch out for ganks/rune control.

creep. pull to the right side. it's important not to get hit when they're outside of the camp range since the trigger for them to retreat back to their camp is the time they are outside of the range, not the distance they have travelled.

just watch out for creep type and number of stacks too.
if range creep, takes slightly longer to move away from the camp, so it might mess up ur stack.
number of stacks takes longer for them to pull away, cuz traffic jam

nope. max is 3 stacks. no merit in stacking the small camps too much though.
