how to counter Ursa with Razor?

let say that ursa got vladmir and BKB,
and ursa's 3rd skill extra damage is from his own skill right, not raw damage...so razor suck his damage also wont help much right... how about using blademail to counter if ursa's BKB effect worn off....

the extra damage will return to him or not?

hmm...actually how blademail works against ursa?
but normally,dun think got ppl can tahan as long as ursa,if me,ill ghost scep and wait his bkb wear off...:/
