If your data is still on the other phone, back it up again with iTunes. To use iTunes you have to start it, connect your phone to the computer with a cable, then select the iPhone button near the top right corner of the screen. Be sure not to check the encrypt button. You can also do it with FonePaw iPhone Data Recovery.

There are two ways to solve it.
iPhone stuck in recovery mode always happens when you update the iOS on your iPhone. Just follow my instructions as follow:
First is is to put your iPhone in DFU mode.
Step 1. Turn off iPhone
Step 2. Hold down the power and home button.
Step 3. When you see the Apple logo, release the power button but continue holding the home button down.
Step 4. Open iTunes and wait for it to tell you that it’s in restore mode.

Second is to fix with a iPhone Data Recovery tool.
Step 1: Fix the Problem of iPhone Stuck in Recovery Mode
Step 2: Recover Lost Data from your iPhone Directly
Step 3: Recover Lost Data from iTunes Backup

I don't know if you still need an answer but it maybe helpfull some other time. I entered into Recovery Mode accidently and didn't want to restore the iPhone. You can use TinyUmbrella to exit Recovery and the iPhone will reboot just fine. If some of the data is missing, you can recover deleted data from iphone by following the tutorial.

There are three methods about How to Fix iPhone Stuck in Recovery Mode, which are 1: Force Restart your iPhone
2: Restore iPhone with iTunes
3: How to Get your iPhone out of Recovery Mode with a third party tool.
And you should need this iOS Data Recovery to get your data back since you haven't backup your data.
