Seems recently the JMB placed a ban on AirBNB too. Anyone have some insights on the future of this property? |

There is a letter from Nadi to transfer ownership from developer to unit holder.
Can I know what is the fine if I can't fork out the money now to do the transfer? Also why is it so fast for the transfer as I understand from few friends other units which is older than Nadi is yet to initiate the transfer.
