Hi, I'm looking for a magazine graphic designer, preferably college student.

We are planning to start a magazine but prior to this we need to apply license from the government. We already have draft for the magazine, we just need a designer to design for us.

We have no money to pay, but hopefully once it's approved, we will be able to work together in the future.
