breakfast you need to eat carb for providing you the whole day of energy, you need to eat something like oat or bread to get the carbohyrate.
MY suggestion of breakfast is oat plus milk, this is really good for you, it provide you the carbohyrate and protein that you need for the fresh start of a day.
Remember, NEVER SKIP BREAKFAST!!! If you do, you will store fat faster. The scientific fact behind of this is too much for me to explain here, you go and do research on internet. This topic had been asked over and over again, and it also answered over and over again dont know for how many times, you can checked those old topic which is related to it.
