that white awesome face looks better in the dark with backlighting on...

but the red awesome face keycap is the opposite... looks better with house light on but not so when its in the dark...

just realized that the keycap is shorter than my QFTK keycap...cant replace my FN/Window Key...

Finally got time to swap spings (80g to 45g) and stem (Red to Brown) on my 2nd Ergodox.

The tools and lube I used:
Superlube. Left tube is more viscous, grease like. Right one is less viscous like oil. I mix both with grease more for stem. While I apply some oil on the Spring.

Apply lube. Photo show the side of stem is half lube. Just to show the different:


I swap the stem from Red to Brown on Left side. Try to compare both lubed Red and Brown. So far, I really like the lube Red switches. Still dont have much time to type of this Ergodox. Maybe due to the classic case, I cant find a good tenting on Classic case. I got a Full Hand Ergodox with 5, 10, 15 degree tenting using Kinesis V3 accessory. I am normally type with 10 dregree tenting. Now try to get use to 15 degree tenting.

Might let go the Classic case Ergodox with either Brown or Red switch. Will be lube and included Retro DSA keycap. Wont be cheap for whole set just to let you know. But you will have one hell of a Ergo, mechanical, custom keyboard for sure. 

The final product (Exclude the CC keycaps, light blue deepfish keycaps and white Command/Control key from Kinesis. )
