i own samseng s4 and i concur that from charger, headset, cable to s4 itself is of very low quality.

1. depending on location -> if their place is hotter than ours, what do you think will happen if they charge it overnight all the time for a long period of time.

2a. depending on how she use the phone -> if she on data then go to sleep (yes some ppl are really that dumb + overnight charge = overheat = burn lah)
2b. maybe she dunno how to use her phone, you know. used and talk a little while showering (assuming she already wiped off her hand, she tot it was dry but actually still got water molecules on her palm)

3. depending on the battery quality -> nothing is perfect, even those ifag devices have defects out of the box (iphone5 especially -- scraped off metal parts )
