Flawless Technique
Passive skill available exclusively to the Monk, which improves the damage of skills that generate Spirit. Skills that generate Spirit do 20% more damage Fundamentals Increases the damage of the Demon Hunter's basic attack and gives hatred for every successful basic attack. " It turns out that Monk with 3k Dex has 50% dodge chance... so... if this passive available... it's no brainer.. Monk needs better passive... |
