already did. to flash ROM WM5, i need to install bootloader first.
now bootloader is fine but ROM flash failed.

i was thinking downgrade to WM6. more easy interface. becoz WM6.1 is somehow dont look "okay" for me.
but the mms cannot play 3g2 file format. can i use arcsoft to replace the mms?

Since the MMS software (in WM6.1 and WM6.0) come standard with the ROM, you cannot uninstall it but using empty WM6.5 ROM give chance to choose what software you need.

For P525 user that had upgraded to WM6.5 ROM but still need the letter and block recognizer which is don't come with the WM6.5. You can go here to enable it.

hey...anyone know that which type of handsfree does P525 support??
i noe it is 2.5mm port....
but if i not mistaken ther is 3 ring and 2 ring on the plug...
other brand like nokia is it compatible???

btw i been using WM6.5 latest ROM from xda dev...
it look great n work well...

You can use most of the 2.5mm hands free on that port. Last time I tried Nokia 2.5mm hand free and it work.

WM6.5 from XDA Dev was quite reliable. I'm been using ROM from there since WM6.0 after Asus Support didn't offered WM6.0 upgrade for P525.

just copy the .exe file and run from your PDA...
after restart remember to check your system information is the radio version correct anot...

Rom
run the LanguageUnlockID utility from your phone...
then press your camera button (hold) + reset until u saw the white colour screen onli release...


WM 6.5 CE.OS 23053 Build 23053 AKU 5.4.00 = ROM

FOR WM6.5 alwiz ensure your bootloader is 07xxxx version...
if not end up update will fail...

To any P525 user out there.

Now there is Androind OS available on Asus P525. A bit complicated to set-up and I have not try it yet.
