sorry..... wanna ask a noob question... can the p525 connect to a bluetooth gpsr and a bluetooth headset at the same time?

yes.. it can, i've tried connected it with Holux GPSlim 236 and Jabra headset and it successfuly done it jobs (for GPS and headset)

Hmm, any of you tried the WM6 Beta ROM yet ?

There is modified version of WWE WM6 made base from Russian ROM for P525

No warranty oledi. Use this phone since Sept 06. And somemore ASUS management are really bias fellow because they only make Russian and Taiwan upgrade scheme for WM6 and other version. Find them yourself. Mangkuk hayun betul...

Hi bro thts the problem with the malaysia asus guys, they provide the worst service. If only they have a better after sales service the would whack most PDA with their asus P526 which has almost everything wor.

Other PDA model that had been released earlier also offer upgrade by their support service. Shame on Asus for giving bad experience for their user and for sure this is my last Asus PDA

i've upgraded to WM6 on my p525 using unofficial one..

so far works well.. no prob yet

What task manager r u using? I suspect that u have set the "X" button to close all apps instead of minimizing them without putting ur "messaging" app in its exceptions.

What happens is when u send an SMS and close the messaging app straight away after that, ur msg will be not be competely sent out (but sent out nonetheless) and reside in the outbox. Then a few minutes later, the app will attempt to send again in d background succeeding this time.

The direct result is double sms's received on the other side.

Sol: Put ur "tmail.exe" in the Windows folder in ur exceptions list.

how much is this PDA phone cost now?? Does it has built-in GPS???

What I heard less than RM1500 if you lucky. It does't have built in GPS but for when compare to performance I think its better than it younger brother P526

no, it does not have built in GPS. But rather than getting the P526 WITH GPS but NO WIFI, I'd rather get the P525 and get an external bluetooth receiver. Not sure bout the pricing though

Like myself, now I'm using GPS connected to Garmin 10x BT GPS and it work perfectly. And the battery consumption also not bad it last at least 3 hours for my 1 years old set. No lagging problem and now I'm using unofficial WM6.

So how is the unofficial wm6 ROM? Whose r u using?
