No that's not normal. If you ask me, I would choose not to deal with him as he has no feedbacks from fellow LYN members so far, suspicious with all the different IDs too. If you really have to buy from him, better be extra careful and choose to COD and check properly before buying.

But it looks very much as many IDs promoting the same website - oribags, maybe he has a shop somewhere.
