I understand your frustration with GoldenPalmTree, but it is nothing to do with me. I am not from GoldenPalmTree nor Iconic Vacation. I am independent member who selling off my annual entitlement which I not able to consume all.

I suggest you may release your anger by making a complaint to their customer service, facebook, etc.

Btw, our annual room entitlement is not free voucher as we are their paid membership.
