@kurtcobain77 thankyou , the firmware solve my problem . So does this means I can't flash m'sia rom or other custom rom to avoid 'emergency call only' problem ?

QUOTE(tigerporc @ Sep 25 2013, 11:23 PM) If you want to use other ROM, you can as long as you still stay on this modem as your EFS is now v2. See this link for the XXEMG4 modem flashable zip. So to be specific , when ever I flash any rom I need to use the XXEMG4 Modem . If theres any newer firmware higher than XXEMG4 would I still need yo use back the old one?http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.p...65&postcount=15 |

QUOTE(lloyd1030 @ Sep 26 2013, 05:59 PM) Did anyone backup their EFS here? I read from a lot of sources and it is very important that we backup our EFS if not we might risk losing the most fundamental functionality of the phone which is the network connection. Yesterday night just did , after my phone no imei . Better safe than sorry |
