Agree the exynos source issue is a bad thing but it hasn't stopped creative devs from coming up with roms even aosp.

And yes samsung sucks less coz u get to control your own device instead of having so many locks on it and even parts are comparatively speaking not exorbitant unlike the other company whose name also begins with S.
*
the cost of repair is cheaper compare to the S brand laugh.gif

example, some flagship cost u over 1k to fix it doh.gif doh.gif

no lar just curious, my dad using it on his spare phone LOL
and normal person just want gingerbread, they don't have jellybean
saw a lot people that using smartphone, they no do software update at all
example, if buy the phone is running Gingerbread then keep use it
same goes to iPhone ...
*
In this case iPhone owned android in term of normal user mode which doesn't bother to amend or tweaking..

Yes, idle with 3G on and company push mail via Exchange, and everything else on full sync as well (FB, twitter, google, etc). With stock ROM, even when left idle, the phone cannot achieve this battery life.
*
On stock battery?

May i know your sot?

And how long you set full sync notification? Per hour or etc..

Currently on Android Revolution HD v32 (JB 4.2.2) on mine. Only install custom rom. Did not install any additional tools or diff kernel, just the rom and whatever kernel that comes with it. For sync, i just tap on the sync button and just leave it like that. It should auto refresh according to what the rom specified i guess, but it did check the phone from time to time, and my twitter and fb newsfeed are refreshed correctly.
*
I assume you are on stock battery?

QUOTE(petrofsky77 @ Jul 16 2013, 10:04 AM)
Definitely longer than 3 hours. My 4400mAH powerbank takes 5 hours for a complete charge from 0%.
*
My 10k power bank take roughly 5-7 hours to full charge using Note 2 charger, Max input is 1A

So lemon battery as stated by zubir2k around the same time

QUOTE(zubir2k @ Jul 16 2013, 10:09 AM)
well.. first charge requires 12 hours.

after that, i just leave it charge before going to bed and finished charging in the morning. roughly from 10PM - 6.30AM (about 8 hours) using standard 1A wall charger
*
Est how long is the SOT with 3g/H+ all the way?

*
if can test, set as 3g all the way, screen brightness 50% or if want to 100%

iPhone aluminum not too sturdy also. I rmb reading stories of it getting bent when wear tight jeans.

I think no touch screen phone can survive in super tight jeans while sitting or squatting.
