Indeed a nice rom with good battery life. It's so slim, entire rom inclusive of gapps is just 92.66mb.
Features of cm and aokp all present, but no pa stuff.

Same camera ui as Cyanogenmod and other aosp rom.

Similar to root box.
It also has the true view and smart capture feature.

True view prevent viewfinder from being cropped.
Smart capture is wave finger in front of screen to capture.

anyone using miui rom? how is it? fast, stable? battery saver?

better than aokp? 

using, very good rom.
only thing i dun like is the S logo at the unlock screen.

so simple and easy to do. basically copy the said system apk to pc, replace 2 files inside,
then send back to the phone. reboot and profit.

i choose a very nice looking nexus ring. very satisfied with it. :-)

dont let the long thread fool you, the actual steps are very short and simple.

that TS very kind, do screenshot for every single step.
but i think that makes people think its very long process.
its actually really 3 step only.

1. send framework.apk to laptop
2. replace picture you want inside it
3. send back to phone, change permission and reboot

i buy my s3 at end of april..and since last 2 day..i was unable to charge my s3..but after i detach the usb cable from my charger..and plug in with my friend sony xperia sl usb cable..its work..so i wanna ask..is usb cable under warranty?will they change a new cable for me?

Was interested in trying out the ProBam ROM, but I found out it uses the S4 camera which doesn't allow to save pictures to external SD. This would be really irritating, and unfortunately the dev's S3 is bricked so it will take a long time to fix probably.

Anyone got any similar ROMs to recommend? I've only ever used stock and Wanamlite, so thinking of trying something a bit more different.

rooted, still can use ota update? or better use ODIN?
heard my friends that update via KIES will potentially brick the device
