should i change my s3 battery already? my phone charges very slow, i mean real slow, charge from 2am till 12 pm from 1% to 88% only, and even i just surf the internet while charging, the battery still go down, is it my hardware problem?

guys any idea how much is the charger? i know those phone shops like to lie and sell overpriced accessory, so guys anyone can help me out here? i just need to know the price of the charger so i won't get tricked by the seller

anyone can suggest me a custom rom which best for the smoothness and battery life, it's okay that it doesn't provide good graphics or adding more choices for customization, i just need a smooth and good battery life rom, any suggestion? as for as i know liquidsmoothROM meets my requirement, is there any else that better than this?
