Any 1 here tried playing the game on dual screens? I tried coz I want the tactical map on my small 20" monitor n the main game on the 30" monitor. Blardy frustrating, the game loads up, tactical map appears for a fraction of a second on the 20", main game on the 30" n then kablam! Game crashes. ok usually u have to reload the game but i think u tried that
weir i am running 24inch and 20 for that game... perfect..
but again dont see y u need a second screen... u zoom out faster with the 30 inch since its so freaking big..
to know whether ure second screen ok
when u start the game in the menu option did u get the supreme commander wallpaper on the second screen??
also ure prob quite similar what i had..
first i used the native reso of the 20 to run..
changed the video options for both
and then reboot the game
and then start a campaign to make sure everything was fine
and then exited to menu
and then changed the primary monitor reso higher..
works like a charm

i've seen people being taken down by AIs.
on the other hand i've tested the AI and it seems that the more time you give them, they'll sometimes be overwhelmingly strong.
and yeah, T3 Nuke Missile will not work on AI. in fact it won't work on anyone as long as there's T3 missile defence.
the only way to advantage is to get the T3 missile first, if not then it's a real waste.
ai so easy to defeat..
start the game with one FACTORY air.. the best
build like 8 engineers quick
then use 4 pairs to build everything
2 pairs on power and mass
2 pairs on defence and shield
and command unit on upgrade of factory
i usually take aeon... fattboy rulezzz
then use the below setup on each mass...
also good idea to mix that setup with sone tech 2 cannons..
tech 3 cannons waste of time.. keke with the later 4 silos coming up..
once u reach tech 3.. time build an army of engineers
use ure tech 1 engineers and let them scout the map.

4 silos... 5 engineers on each...kekeke on assist
make sure u have loads of mass for this
then when all of them reach max 5 misselles.. even god cannot stop me..
use the group button for all the silos and fire away..
first 4 launch one will get true
second launch bye bye commander..
usually very easy to tell where the commander is.. he will be where the campaign started in the first place...
if ure being hard push then think of the missile as a storage.. so after u have 5 misselles on each silo keep building another silo.. with 5 engineers assist minimum
once u reach 4.. again even the gods cannot stop that
still the best defence.. almost unbeatable.... put a mass extractor then surround that with sam. then do a quad shield on each side.. and the 4 empty spaces put a fatt boy on each...... takes a lot to bring this combo down...
i LOVE FATT BOY...return of fire is so fast... range is superbly long...
