Dual Core CPU is the bare minimum? Or is it recommended?

for RTS, a little lower fps is fine. But a dual core cpu and a single core cpu has alot of difference.

also the ram has alot of difference between min of 512k and 2gb. cant expect to do swapping throughout the whole game, it wont even be playable
