one of the most annoying thing to me is the UI/menu or whatever you call it is big. i mean..ITS XBOX HUEG!
i have only played it for a while, and i like how you could queue the commander's build orders, instead of waiting it to finish building one building then move on to another.
I'm quite happy that my mid-range computer manage to run the game with settings in all high minus AA. I truly hope C&C3 will run as smooth as this game without sacrificing eye candy, cause some of the newer EA games eats up loads of computer resource.

hey guys a nice little trick that lets you play as other factions in the demo QUOTE 1) Open lua.scd in WinRar (Usually located at: C:\Program Files\THQ\Gas Powered Games\Demo\Supreme Commander\gamedata\lua.scd) 2) In WinRar navigate to \lua\modules\ui\menus and extract main.lua to a temp folder. 3) Open main.lua in notepad. 4) Search for the line: sessionInfo.teamInfo[1].Faction = 3 5) Change the number to your faction: 1=UEF, 2=Aeon, 3=Cybran 6) Save main.lua and drag and drop the file back into your open WinRar window. Click okay to replace the file.

QUOTE(Cheesenium @ Feb 9 2007, 11:05 PM) Sweet. Are they really there or you'll get a bugged or imcomplete version? more like incomplete, well,it is a demo after all, cant expect too much The UEF faction (the commander unit that appears in the box art) could only advance to Tech 2,you cant go Tech 3 or build any experimental weapons. You cant build naval units too. Haven't try the third faction,Aeon of whatever it is called.
