is the tablet really big? if it is, try breakin it in half and see...

there's a method for givin them the med if they won't take it with the food..u hafta position the head up, pry their mouth open and push the tablet in, then hold their mouth shut and let him swallow the pill..like how the vets do it..dunno how to describe properly..sorry..

it's a more forceful way..other than that u could ask the vet to demo...
