In fact, most Developers will use new launches (plus pent up demand) as benchmark b4 decide on the final psf
In any new launches, some will say too high n some will say reasonable
D buyer will decide whether no deal or done deal when sign SPA

Wht would bring in tens of thousands of people to flock to Ara in the next few years and trigger a sudden spike in population tht requires such supplies of condos?

If no, then it might just be over supplied.

I went to The Curve today. The SA told me for the 750sf layout is selling at RM580K++! I hope I hear wrongly.
