Any freebies for RM600k?

I think I rather buy a 2nd unit at Cantara or could be talked into buying a unit at LOT15 over this one. A bit hesitant on the developer.

If buy this one can save on progressive interests. BTW sdp got cny promo, tomorrow the open house

It certainly is one of the benefits. Was asked by my REA to have a look as she said there are some good deals going on but the developer is a bit of a turnoff.

Yes, our SAP lawyer for Cantara invited me to go for the one at LOT15 and to give her a call if I was signing up for a unit as she is also one of the panel lawyer for that project.

Even lawyers are so aggressive for sales these days.

The 880 sq feet is one of the worst floor plan I have ever seen due to claustrophobic. Pls visit the actual bare show unit before bidding.

major reason is they have additional utility room... hence why everything have to squeeze harder together... from the floor plan i also feel its very cramp without looking at the actual unit... i have a 900sqft 3 rooms condo... there's no room for any additional room no matter how small it can be.... sweat.gif

VP for few months already... by right should have some owner or tenants staying in jor... haha... but occupancy will remain low for sometimes i guess... same applies to the potpourri... haha

One expensive property at Ara Damansara. 700 to 1000+ per sqft. Not walkable to LRT.
Some more it is leasehold. Majority other projects in Ara Damansara is freehold.

I believe most subsale buyers will mark up actual price to match bank valuation as SPA price jor……

AskarPerang, not majority of Ara Damansara is freehold.

can only say majority of SIME ex palm oil estate land in Ara Damansara is freehold.
those ex landfills are all leasehold, from Pacific Place, dana AraTre and etc.

this begs the question IF potpourri is leasehold, wouldn't Citta mall is leasehold as well? how about RIO? or all sime darby is FREEHOLD?

All the tower layout no the same? no 13 right beside the refuse chamber.
if not beside then it a steal.
just now go ask SA B-08-20 nett price 770K from developer. Now the developer price is more expensive than subsales price.

Auction can do mark up? when taking loan ? haha
