Hi, i am currently in staying at europe and thinking to buy a 3DS, so i have problem when choosing which region to buy=/

First i had read the Kyo FAQ it state,

7. Is it free region like the DS Lite?
Sadly, not so. For the 3DS, DS games are region free, so you can play any game from any region you wish. However, 3DS is actually region locked. So, if you're using the Malaysian console, you can only play Asian and US games. Vice Versa. We're not allowed to use Europe/Australia or Japan games in our Malaysian 3DSs.

Is this mean
EUR 3DS - can play any DS games without region problem
- can play EUR and Australian 3DS games only
