Personally I will consider note2 over S4 anytime. Whatever additional stuffs on S4 is gimmicky n worse it doesn't work 100% well. Only good point of S4 over note2 I see is just nicer display. If you want S4 get the 32gb LTE i9505 n not the 16gb i9500 as usable space only 8gb for you to use

Mega can never match note2 accuracy , smoothness, efficiency in note taking as it lacks a stylus. NOTE2 stylus is not those normal stylus n design to work with Note2 only. It will never work on any other touchscreen phones
Using a normal stylus on mega writing notes is as good as not even doing it. Is equally bad as other touchscreen phones except possibly upcoming xperia Z ultra

App will autodownload n install latest recovery version

This depends on one luck actually when comes to quality one gets. MY Butterfly flap broke off right in the middle in less than a month of use - cost me RM98 to replace it !! Seriously having flaps just poses another risk of more quality issues

Right. Remind me of my friend who never buckle up when driving. He always think it is safe n unlikely he will have accident. Finally learn expensive n costly lesson when he got into serious accident n whole body crashed onto dashboard ( he was passenger) n head hit windscreen. Seriously injured n hospitalized for 2 months .
