The latest Jun 2013 is 4.1.2 DMF2 which people are complaining that the modem could not be downgraded other than from DMF2 to DME6.

I am still using DMF2 since it first launched (even though not stock ROM), I don't have any problem with the modem.

So, no 4.2.2 rumors going stronger. Another further wait for 4.3 which is at the moment still in the blues..
I guess Note 3 will be released before any of the Note 2 users gets the 4.3 update laugh.gif

eWarranty via SMS can only be registered by the seller.
Normally it should be done immediately and you will receive a SMS stating the expiry date of your device.

Another method would be to contact Samsung via email and provide the invoice as the proof of purchase together with the IMEI.
Samsung service will then register for you. Upon registration, you will also receive a SMS.
