Bit the bullet, got myself a Samsung 840 EVO 250GB for RM620 from ViewNet! Good deal, or ok deal or so-so deal? Lol. Next challenge, migrating data and installing/reinstalling the SSD into my rig with Win7. Doubts: I Should be leaving the Sata Mode on my Bios to "Raid" instead of "IDE/ACHI" right? Since I have another pair of WD RE4 Black 1.0TBs in Raid0 as a Data drive?

Since the WD drives are ady in raid mode as u set, just leave it unchange.

Since the WD drives are ady in raid mode as u set, just leave it unchange. If I set it to AHCI mode, I would believe that I'll not be able to detect my Raid0 data drives. Hence the reason why I had to change my Bios settings to "RAID" mode, and tweaked the windows registry to be able to boot it up in RAID mode from the previous AHCI mode before I added my Raid0 Data drives....

On my AMD mobo, after set to RAID mode, you can't change it back back to IDE/AHCI without breaking the RAID array or bsod upon boot It's not necessary force to use AHCI mode, as RAID support AHCI functions, but no hot-swapping support; also upgrade SSD firmware will be a little bit hassle, depends on SSD brands.
