Do you mean you want a 15" or larger laptop, with SSD standard spec, within your budget? NothingĀ  tongue.gif

You may upgrade the laptop with aftermarket SSD (128G ~ RM300) and install / migrate OS onto it though (normally will not void hardware warranty).

When the laptop comes with a small size ssd, eg 32gb, does it mean that the OS is already or can be installed on the ssd?

No. OS mostly are NOT installed on the 32G mSATA SSD on factory setting. It is generally used for caching.
For certain models, you can go into BIOS and turn the caching off and make the small mSATA SSD available for storage.
*
In this case, what is need to provide ssd for caching?

Huh? don't understand.
For those mSATA SSD, you either use it for caching or use it for storage.

Lol cuz i dont know what caching is, and any benefit of offering ssd for it. Can the ssd be used to install certain softwares so that it runs faster?
