Any laptop with HD3000/4000 IGPU can handle FHD. You need to make sure the connecting port (VGA, HDMI, DisplayPort ... ) are available at both the laptop / tablet and your secondary output though

Your requirement is a head scratcher
You want (full) aluminium body, with no plastic. That are normally found in:
a. ultrabook; or
b. business class laptop (magnesium alloy)
a. ultrabook - normally spec with ULV CPU (which is weaker than i5-3230M), and don't come with discrete GPU.
b. business class laptop - normally don't come with discrete GPU, and even if it does, it will be Quadro / Firepro, and for these cards to be on par with GT740M for gaming purpose, you are looking at quite expensive solution.

Prepare to fork out RM5-6k (or more) for the spec that you want.

Ideally, to run AutoCAD, get i7 quad core, and if doing 3D CAD, need good GPU. Also 8G RAM or more is ideal (8G RAM stick ~ RM200). Also FHD screen is better, as he can see more on the screen.
