Yup, I faced the exact same experience (Durian kampung + A&W Rutbir) last night, luckily I only had a sip before my friend stopped me immediately. 2 hours stomach ache....excruciating indeed.

he didnt die....had stomachache ..........the type tat make u dont want to move at all...

n there r some who experience nothing at all....

so, not everyone will die from it....so c u lucky or not n c your body can take it or not.

just go make shake with it and then you will know what would happen inside your stomach
