Modulars is every year once. Like 2013 is Palace Cinema, 2012 is Town Hall, 2011 is Grand Emporium, 2010 is Fire Brigade, 2009 is Green Grocer. If 2 per year then matilah, too many to buy 
I wrote this review of my trip to Legoland back in December 2012. Not sure if there are any change since then but it was hell when I went there. So hot and so pack plus so expensive.

I suggest if you can get the FB, do get it since it is among the best. Do not wait as it will be EOL soon and the price will go up. The modular buildings fit the superhero theme very very well. Especially when you have a whole street of it.


Then there is a vet (using parts from the Heartlake Vet and Olivia's house) for your villains to rob or your superheroes to send their pets there.


Then if there is a new premier of a superhero movie, you know who will be there. The whole Fellowship is there for the premier!


Even the old sets is still compatible with the latest superhero sets. Sometimes Ironman and Warmachine need some help sometimes.
