Why not go for Arkham Asylum straight?

Town Hall will still be a while before EOL since Fire Brigade EOL is only this year. Still can slowly look for it. But once you start with one modular, you'll be sure to want the rest. And I'm sure somehow you will soon end up with GG, CC and MS ahahaha

Town Hall price is high because the box heavier and bigger than the other modulars. By far, I think Palace Cinema has the lightest box. If you do decide to enter modulars, I would strongly advise you to start with the soon to be EOL Fire Brigade before the price goes sky high hahaha

Good news is, modulars are released once a year with Palace Cinema being the latest while the Parisian restaurant rumored to be next year's release.

Get both of them then

If you start modulars, you'll need to forget about those that has gone EOL unless you have lots of future money coming in hahaha. But if you were to start, like what ilfort said, you'll have 5 to catch up. Fire Brigade, Grand Emporium, Pet Shop, Town Hall and Palace Cinema. By the time you complete those, you'll have next years' modular to buy.

Good news is there's only 1 release a year. But the bad news is, once you start with one it's hard to stop yourself from getting the rest. (Speaking from experience here )

Ask Mr. Alby. He got a season pass and is a frequent visitor hahaha
