Please help...could someone tell me why I couldn't update my wife xperia z to 4.2 from the phone itself. And why when I tries to download some apps...it shows 'error 413'.

I've just download max payne in my XZ. The problem is that I can't let the character interact with anything. Is it because of the game or XZ?

Has anybody experience any sudden blank on xz? I've try push the power button nothing happen. Suddenly couples of minutes later the screen went on again.
