QUOTE(suadrif @ Jul 15 2013, 09:50 AM) guys at first, i laughed when first time i see design of Samsung Galaxy S4 Active it seems little bit funny to me. but review from online says: "According to ratings online, the Galaxy S4 Active is preferred a majority of the time, although the Xperia Z waterproof phone is an extremely close second" what do u think? is s4 active really that powerful? sources4 active using the same spec as the S4 lte right? so, sure it is more powerful than XZ. And yeah, it's samsung. and i am pretty sure alot of people will think "wow! first waterproof smartphone!!!" This post has been edited by ckchan: Jul 15 2013, 10:17 AM

QUOTE(SimonsayZ @ Aug 15 2013, 10:43 AM) From the pictures the screen looks bigger compared to Z. Whats the screen size for honami? it is bigger than XZ. check out this website, with size comparison with ip5 and XZ (the one in purple). screen size rumoured to bee 5" also. http://www.xperiablog.net/2013/08/14/white...t-the-iphone-5/This post has been edited by ckchan: Aug 15 2013, 02:30 PM

QUOTE(bergstein @ Aug 17 2013, 09:53 PM) Are you using some protection case? I read somewhere that some of the protectioncase will cause flash diffusion, thus causing the similar effect to the picture you shown. Yes. I think it's because the casing is design too near to the led flash. Thus some light is reflected from the casing back to the camera lens

QUOTE(ChuanHong @ Sep 7 2013, 12:32 AM) Same as what stratos said.. Normal rain should be no problem. Coz just wet.. Don't heavy rain until water direct enter the micro USB port or headphone port..if some water splash on the screen should be no problem.. Coz I had tried to capture photo while little raining and experienced pant wet while raining.. No problem.. Take out wipe off.. Of course, if u buy Z can got better protection.. But I would rather ask u go for Z1 now and won't regret in future. well, for ZL, have to be careful water does not sip in thru all the opening. eg. speaker grill, mic, headphonejack, microsd & SIM slot, or even the physical buttons... as all these opening are not protected against water at all. a little wet on the screen is of course no problem, the same goes with any other phone i would say. usually water damage is thru all the opening as i mentioned above. So, for me if using ZL, i would advise not to get it wet at all.
