you can underclock it? you using stock ROM or custom ROM?

the stock ROM not good enough? I have been rooting and constantly change my OS in my samsung galaxy S3 and somehow doesn't fulfill my needs. I think Sony has one of the best if not the best user interface out there now.

yeah. that one is Z but ZL toast it into a jug of water can fries your money away.

Yes. It will reduce some heat and increase battery life. For daily usage I think it's ok. Not recommend for gaming ppl.

for surfing and normal facebook, social messaging only.. actually 1.0ghz confirmed enough ady.. quad-core is a waste actually.. coz normal phone will used up 2 core where the another 2 are inactive..

u may search in playstore, CPU Tweaker. this can enable 4 core running together, underclocked it and other features..

yea.. that's of course.. i never underclock in my xperia ZL.

but i do a lot of flashing rom, kernel before in previous xperia. so i understand it.. underclock to certain level its does help on battery life without affect performance much. example, xperia arc and neo. both can clock at 1.4ghz, but SE clocked them at 1ghz.

use a flip case then u wont feel the temperature anymore.. LOL

i feel want to root my ZL and underclock my processor to 1Ghz.

thanks! bro r u using zl? is the ram2gb enough for ZL? the reason why i dont choose samsung phone due to their firmware consumed large ram, ram for user very less and cause my note lag

I do agreed with u bro on Samsung Galaxy Series but as for Sony, they did minimize the Bloatware for their device from 2012 devices.
