As for opening speed wise, this need thanks to Snapdragon 800. You also get same fast opening speed in Z Ultra which running same S800 processor and same camera as Z.

during lunch today, suddenly found my XZ cracked @ back panel, bought this from satu gadget few months ago... now have to endure the wait for warranty / repair ... sob, so sad...

2GB ram on XZ/XZL sure enough for daily usage..for gaming purpose i think it's sufficient enough too..Samsung phone, especially newer Galaxy model loaded with lots of bloatware which consumed large ram..removing those unwanted/unused bloatware will significantly improved phone speed..same goes to beloved XZ & XZL

I used to have that kind of issue as well, how i solved it:

1. go to settings
2. More...
3. Mobile networks
4. Access Point Names
5. Tap "Maxis 3G" or any operator name (tap on the name, not the round check box on the right)
6. look for "Proxy"
7. remove the proxy ip

Then you are done.

So far I did not noticed any Lag in the system, even I played Asphalt 8 - AirBorne, really cool and no lag at all similar to Iron Man 3 game..

I do agreed with u bro on Samsung Galaxy Series but as for Sony, they did minimize the Bloatware for their device from 2012 devices.

yes! Sony did awesome job on minimizing bloatware for their newer Xperia lineup (especially)..
