I have noticed this many times as even yesterday night before I go sleep, i have charged my phone 100% and leave it idle with Data On, today morning only dropped 1%..

When i switched my STAMINA mode on, when you turn on the screen, all the whatsapp messages start flying in.

indeed. i've uninstalled juice defender and use the stamina mode instead

Seems u like didnt installed any social messaging apps? If do can share us?

Personally installed whatsapp, wechat, viber, line, messenger, tango, socialife, skype(not on always).
Besides, Skype, other apps are always being active at background. So most I can get 3 and 40 minutes screen on time with 15-17 hours. Average is 3 hours plus.

For I can conclude, wechat consume most battery, others messaging apps too.

If u do installed these apps like me and still get the result that u shared, then really amazing..

See whether u prefer back case or flip case.. Back case I would like to recommend IMAK transparent case. If flip case can go for nilkin. I'm going to buy nilkin flip case soon. Waiting my part timer salary.

Basically i only use whatsapps only, no other social messaging apps install as i don't use often. Of course i do agree with u if i were use other social messaging apps, it consumes more battery.

Currently I am using Transparent TPU Back Casing, it gets yellowish ready, so i plan to change.

Socialife consume my data, in 1 week time, consume my 400mb+. Luckily got unlimited data, so didnt bother it also.. Just a lot of apps running data so consume much battery life.. But 3 hours screen on time still very happy on it.. Coz rarely reach that much phone usage in a day. Some more I'm turned on GPS auto sync all the time. Gps for security apps, gotya! And myxperia use..


I'm using IMAK transparent case.. Plastic one.. Very beautiful and won't yellowish.. Just will get scratch after long time.. But still hardly noticeable..

Do you guys have tips to increase the Xperia Z battery life aside from stamina mode?

If got phone spare then wait.. But might need to wait till end of October..

If cant wait then just buy only.. Even xperia z can't fight with z1, but still can serve ur daily usage as well without any lag.
