The hong kong is for document processing only, no need to worry. If u work or have a friend in forwarding company, it is not weird, just normal procedure.

They do pre-custom clearence, means your shipment cleared custom check but still in HKG.

Whats happening is that the malaysia information is actually the information about your parcel and not the actual physical item.. So once info have reached the malaysia dhl counterpart... it is easier and faster to declare the actual product when it arrives malaysia.. I hope this info helps |

2 possibility -item still in HKG but clearance already been done in KL (forward clearance) - your item >1 box 1 reached already 1 more in HKG |

Normal la ts camtu, sometimes my parcel stated is in Malaysia already but suddenly go back to german but finally it will arrived at your house. If got suspicion call la DHL. |

TS, I told you already, give me your tracking number... I will find out for you what is the status...
And all those replies above, don't need to listen please... they have no idea what the are talking about. For example, for the shipment to get a DF scan (departed facility), it would have had to be physically scanned at our HK Hub. Similarly, to get an AF scan (arrived facility), it would have had to be physically scanned at our KUL gateway. |
