DIY installed the 3 Max RSB yest evening with the help from my wife.

test drive initial impression: less movement from the rear of the car, i.e. rear end more stable when going over road humps n undulations, as what Dares experience. i guess it compliments the existing 3 bars in my car (front strut, front lower and rear ARB).

havent push to the limit yet but so far thumbup.gif

Free BUMP for a nice product from Mahihi! definitely recommended!

Pwr steering fluid is Dexron 2 or Dexron 3 ATF. easily available at all pertol stations and pretty easy to DIY. just use a clean empty shampoo bottle with pump to pump out the old fluid. or alternatively disconnect the lower hose n drain out the reservoir. top up n drive for a few days.

repeat the process 2 to 3 times until u see the fluid become red.

yellow means the fluid is heavily oxidized already. time to change.

i changed the fluid every 30k km. 1st change using Shell Dexron 2. now using Petron Dexron 3. 1L around RM20 only. done the same with my wife's Savvy. no problems at all. smile.gif

actually, the undercarriage anti-rust is there, just that it isn't black in color. laugh.gif
i think wad's missing is the rubberised spray paint to reduce road n tyre noise. i guess Proton did cut cost to reduce the soundproof to the bare minimum (or none at all) for the new SV. hehe.
