Guys, izzit harm if i spray WD40 around the tyre parts? I can't stand the sound of 'nyittttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt' everytime I want to break.

Bread pad change already, but still got the stupid sound. I think the problem is at the disc rotor. maybe need to skim. any thoughts? sad.gif Saga FL.

nobody "lubricates" their brakes with wd40 la  rclxub.gif
change ur pads or skim ur rotors.
pads with high metal composition tend to make a lot of noise too.
*
Aiya cannot eh? I spray tons of WD40 down there. sure full of oil right now.

Plan to change the brake pad and skim the rotor next week. any recommendation for quality brake pad? bendix okay?

Brakes rely on friction to stop your car....don't spray WD40 on it sweat.gif

What brand of brake pads are you using? some pads are quite noisy like you described, or your brake rotors are scratched. Just check them both.....
*
I can't remember the brand. but when I on stock brake pad, OEM proton, the sound is there, I thought after change to the new brake pad the sound gonna dissapear, but I'm wrong. After changed to the new one, the sound is still there. So it's not brake pad fault.

Spraying wd40 at brake pad is like spilling oil on the road. u r quite lucky rather than some owners have to bear drum brake problem. or tak tak sound.
*
For your information I have the tak tak sound too. smile.gif after spraying the wd40 the sound dissapear tremendously.

Disclaimer: These sohighness effects could all be placebo as I have no proof nor data to support it. I've discovered this all because of a stupid accident, and I like the feeling. I thought I wanna share this affordable add on for the rest of budget modder and placebo worshiper. If you find no improvement in your car after install this thing please don't blame me. Placebo are subjective, my butt is different than your butt, so you have all the rights to complain you don't feel shit that I felt. Anyway, grounding cable will not do harm to your car unless you short circuit it with POSITIVE energy(even without ground cable your car still catch fire when that happened). So, having the cable in your engine bay will only make things better and no harm done after all(again, unless you short circuit it). Do remember I'm not responsible for any damages caused(if any lar, ground cable yo), use at your own risk.
