maybe funker face problem and caused issue to you
been with tgv so many years never encounter problem
last two week i bought bananana online for klcc also no problem
wangsa walk tgv quite nice, been pacific rimmed at there with nice sound system

note: i aint tgv fag but just to share my experience

u should try other tgv as well.
thats why i say...funker face problem and caused sunway tgv problematic
