^ Just stay close to the end of the room. When he charges at you, dodge using the A button, he'll ram through the wall..continue till u get outside. That's how i did mine.

I'm also on Act 3 now, super awesome Resident Evil act. Hehe. Just shoot bullets to ditract the berserker and she'll run towards you, make sure you roll away. Took me a couple of tries to get it right too.

Careful with the Corpser at the end of Act 3 though, pay attention to the Y button when needed pressing.
