I guess it depends where you want to settle down.
I'm around the same range as you and if I were you, I'll stick to the job in Malaysia. At this level, it is risky to job hop very much already. I don't think company sales really matter very much to me.. as long as I see there are opportunity to grow. Some companies make lots of money but is very stingy.
But senior to junior is a demotion to me and even the pay is a decrease. Just because it is in Sing dollars, dollar for dollar.. it is still a decrease.
However, if you feel you are not going anywhere with your current job, you should leave. Keep in mind that the higher up you go, jobs are still available but it might take time.
Also need to consider if you have a family.. where you plan to stay, your current commitments, etc. You're not only changing jobs, but changing the country you will live in, so think harder.. even though Singapore is just nearby.
